ピーマンの肉詰め

知り合いが菜園で育てたピーマンをいただきました。
大きくて立派なピーマンだったので、ピーマンの肉詰めを作りました。
とてもあっさりしていて、おいしかったです。

I received some green peppers grown by a friend of mine.
I cooked meat stuffed peppers. It was very light and delicious.
